As Client Services Director, Karen oversees service levels of all our accounts, driving efficiency of resource and working processes, ensuring that client expectations are being met and implementing best practice in client reporting and delivery.

Before joining the Club, Karen was a communications specialist, with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. She has previously held roles including Head of Internal Communications for the Central Office of Information; Head of Employee Engagement at the Food Standards Agency; and Senior Communications Advisor for The Ministry of Justice. Karen also spent 3 years at Nestlé UK as Internal Communications Manager and Website Manager and has also worked as a copywriter and web editor, providing editorial consultancy services to a range of clients.
